I think it takes a few minutes for new pages to show up on [[Special:AllPages]] - it looks like your new articles are showing up there now. This wiki doesn't have Wikipedia's feature for sidebar links to translated versions, but I'll add links to the translations. It sounds like standard wiki style is to title translated pages with this format: [[ActorKit.framework/fr]] instead of [[ActorKit.framework(French)]], so I'll also move your new pages around.
