Thanks for offering to translate! I would love to see articles translated - that would be amazing. What would you most like to work on, and which languages? We could easily figure out some standard way to display translations - for example, just making pages with some reasonable title format (like PreferenceLoader (Spanish)), putting translated material there, and renaming pages later if necessary. I think it takes a few minutes for new pages to show up on Special:AllPages - it looks like your new articles are showing up there now. This wiki doesn't have Wikipedia's feature for sidebar links to translated versions, but I'll add links to the translations. It sounds like standard wiki style is to title translated pages with this format: ActorKit.framework/fr instead of ActorKit.framework(French), so I'll also move your new pages around. Yes, it's OK to delete unwanted OTA update files from your device. According to Google, the directory for that is /var/mobile/Library/Assets/ - if you want to confirm that this is what you found.
